Who We Are?
We’re Calorys, a health and wellness startup team. We know from personal experience that starting your health journey can be overwhelming. That’s why we’re here to help!
We started this blog to help people get healthy. Sounds simple, right? But finding reliable, accurate info about health is surprisingly hard. For one thing, the rules always seem to be changing. One day, coconut oil is bad for you. The next day, it’s considered a health superfood. When it comes to exercise, you should work out, but not too hard. And as for how often? It depends. Every day is too often, but once a week isn’t enough.
With so much conflicting info to sort through, it’s almost impossible to know what to do. It’s no wonder that so many people get discouraged and give up!
So, that’s why I’m so glad you’ve ended up here. Because my mission is to make healthy living simple and fun. My articles are written to be both informative and inspiring. Not only will you know what to do to get healthy, you’ll look forward to doing it. And once you start to see results, you’ll never turn back.
